You'll fry up traditional calas (sweet rice fritters), sip café au lait, and learn how Black women used food to build freedom — one cup at a time.

Bread, Bonds & Business: Reconstruction Tour
Walk the streets of post-Civil War New Orleans and uncover the untold stories of Black-owned businesses, including The People’s Bakery. This 2-hour tour weaves together history, food, and resilience — featuring live storytelling, fresh bread samples, and powerful stops that bring the past into the present.

 

Bayou Road Food Crawl
Explore one of the oldest roads in New Orleans through the lens of food, community, and culture. This progressive tasting tour features Black-owned restaurants, hidden gems, and historical insight from Chef Carla — all wrapped in rhythm, spice, and celebration.

We’re on a mission to sell, produce, and ship 1,000 bags of our signature Sweet Potato Granola — all by September 2025.
