Shipping policy
We ship using FedEx for loaves of bread, king cakes, and other products on the site. The normal delivery time is 2 days. If a product or king cake is damaged in transit, a claim can be made directly to FedEx.
Damaged Items
Refunds or replacements will only be given if your order arrives damaged. Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of the package. All packaging should be kept in case the shipping company needs to inspect the package.
Late Delivery
If your order arrives late due to a shipping company (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) delay you will be credited for shipping charges. This does NOT apply to delays due to weather or delivery attempts that are unsuccessful.
Wrong Addresses
Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed. Additional fees apply to fix and forward the package to the correct address.
Undelivered Packages
Once a delivery attempt has been made it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the package is accepted. We do not guarantee delivery will be made if there is no one home to accept a package or if the shipping company is unable to deliver a package. Some packages require a signature, while others may be left at the door.
Perishables
Food items and perishables cannot be returned.
